About Us

W. M. Remodeling, Inc, was originally established in 2009 by William McDonald as a sole proprietor. But our story actually begins with Jerome Walton who was working for a homebuilder even before that. During the housing crisis of 2008, Jerome began working for himself for the clients he met through his previous work and referrals from them. Jerome and William, who knew each other as neighbors, started sharing jobs as two separate companies when needed. We each brought different home improvement skills to our clients. As we grew, our clients and our client’s demands grew, so we relied on each other more and more. We found that we shared the same ideals; clients first, craftsmanship, affordability, and being environmentally conscious. We eventually decided that as one company we would serve ourselves, our families, and our clients better. It happens that the name of the company that William started with would be ideal for the mutual company that came to be.
